Website terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply to your use of laneharvest.com, including its pages, guides, free tools and forms (the "site"), operated by LaneHarvest ("LaneHarvest", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site is not the dispatch contract
These are website terms only. Our truck dispatch service is provided under a separate written dispatch agreement that you review and sign before we dispatch your truck. If anything on the site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls. Fees, notice periods and what's included are set out on our pricing page and in that agreement.
Who the site is for
The site is for motor carriers, owner-operators and people working in trucking, using it for business purposes. We dispatch carriers; we don't sell shipping, broker freight to shippers or give freight quotes to shippers. We dispatch 26 ft box trucks and larger equipment only.
No guarantee of loads or income
Nothing on the site is a promise of loads, rates, miles, income or profit. Rates and freight volumes depend on the market, your equipment, your lanes and many other things outside our control. Examples, sample loads and worked calculations are marked as examples and are there to explain how things work, not to predict your results.
Every load we offer you is your decision. Nothing is booked until you say yes, and the broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you. You're responsible for deciding whether a load is right for your truck, your hours and your business.
Tools and information are for general guidance
Our calculators and guides are provided free for general information. We work to keep them accurate and cite our sources with dates, but rules, prices and rates change, and we can't guarantee that everything is complete, current or right for your situation. The tools use the numbers you enter and the assumptions they show; check the results before relying on them.
Information about regulations, drug and alcohol testing, taxes, insurance or financing isn't legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. For decisions in those areas, check the official source or talk to a qualified professional. As the carrier, you're responsible for operating your equipment safely and legally, including hours of service, cargo securement and temperature control, and for your own cargo claims.
Forms and the information you send
When you submit a form, you agree that the information is accurate and that it's yours to give. You agree to be contacted as described on the form. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy. Submitting a form doesn't create a dispatch agreement, a factoring agreement or any other contract.
Partners and other websites
The site links to other companies, including partners we refer carriers to. We may be paid for some referrals, as explained on our disclosure page. We don't control other companies' websites, products, prices or terms, and your dealings with them are between you and them.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break into or disrupt it, sending spam or false information through our forms, scraping it in ways that harm its performance, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, tools, graphics and design of the site belong to LaneHarvest or its licensors. You're welcome to use the tools and to share links to our pages. Please don't copy substantial parts of the site or republish it as your own without permission. Short quotes with a link back are fine.
Limits on our liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Some places don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing here limits what we owe you under a signed dispatch agreement.
Prices and offers shown on the site
We try to keep our fees and terms on the site accurate and current. If we change our pricing, the new pricing applies to agreements signed after the change; your signed dispatch agreement sets what you pay. Prices and terms of partners, regulators and other companies quoted on the site are shown as published by them on the date we checked, and they may have changed since.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site and its tools available, but we don't promise they'll always be online or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove any page, tool or feature at any time. If a tool gives a result that looks wrong, please tell us so we can check it.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, corrections or suggestions about the site, you allow us to use them to improve our content and tools without owing you anything for them. We're grateful for them all the same.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where LaneHarvest is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
