No forced dispatch. Ever.

Every load is your call. The rate con lands in your inbox.

Plenty of drivers have been burned by dispatchers who book first and ask later, or who never show the rate the broker actually paid. We run it the other way around.

You keep the keys

We run the desk. Everything that makes you a carrier stays yours.

  • Your authority

Your MC, your insurance, your safety record.

  • Your rate cons

Sent to you by the broker. You sign them.

  • Your brokers

They know your MC, even if you leave us.

  • Your records

Every report and claim we sent stays yours.

11 rigs, one desk

A dispatch service for truckers on every rig we run. Pick yours.

Each page covers the freight, the rates and what the desk does differently for that truck. Box trucks start at 26 ft. We don't dispatch smaller box trucks, cargo vans or sprinters.

Mixed fleet? One desk can run a reefer, a flatbed and a 26 ft box truck under the same MC, each on its own lanes and floor rate.

Hauling partials? We check pallet counts, linear feet and stop order against your trailer, so a three-stop run doesn't turn into a three-day run.

Your fee

Run the numbers on your fee

5% of gross with one truck and authority older than 6 months. 7% for new authorities, 26 ft box trucks and hotshots. No setup fee, no minimum, no contract to break.

On a $6,000 week, 5% is $300. A 10% dispatcher takes $600. Over a year of steady weeks, that gap buys a lot of tires.

Dispatch services for trucking companies with 2+ trucks

Small fleets pay 4% per truck, and you choose whether you or your drivers approve each load.

Before a load reaches you

Our pre-trip check on every load

You walk around the truck before you roll. We walk around every load before it hits your phone. Tap each item to see what we look for.

None of this needs a long contract to prove itself. If the loads aren't better than what you find on your own, give us 30 days notice and go.

Load pre-trip

1/6 CHECKED

  1. Weight, length, height, endorsements, tarps, liftgate. A good rate on a load your truck can't legally haul is a fine waiting to happen.

Truck dispatch services: straight answers from the desk

Q01How much does your truck dispatch service cost?
We charge a percentage of gross load revenue: 5% for one truck with authority older than 6 months, 7% for new authorities, 26 ft box trucks and hotshots, and 4% when you run two or more trucks. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum. If you don't haul in a week, you don't pay us anything that week.
Q02Do I have to take every load you find?
No. We send you the full details of every load before anything is booked: lane, rate, loaded and empty miles, weight, pickup and delivery times, and extras like detention terms. You say yes or no. Saying no costs you nothing, and we go back to looking. We never accept a load for you.
Q03Who sends me the rate confirmation?
The broker sends it straight to your email once you say yes to a load. You read it, check the rate and terms match what we told you, and sign it yourself. You always see the real rate the broker pays, and our fee is a percentage of that same number.
Q04Is there a contract or setup fee?
There is no setup fee and no long contract. Dispatch runs month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice for any reason. We would rather keep you because the loads are good than because a contract says you have to stay. You also never pay for weeks you are off the road.
Q05What equipment do you dispatch?
Eleven types: dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, car hauler, dump truck, hotshot, oversize and heavy haul, hazmat and tanker, and 26 ft box trucks. Box trucks start at 26 ft. We don't dispatch smaller box trucks, cargo vans or sprinter vans, because that freight runs in a different market.
Q06Can a new MC use your dispatch service?
Yes. Many brokers want six months or more of authority history, so we focus on the ones that onboard new carriers and build your record from there. New authorities pay 7% until the MC is 6 months old, then move to the standard rate for their equipment automatically.
Q07Do you claim detention and lumper fees?
Yes. We ask for detention, layover and lumper terms before you accept a load, track your arrival and departure times, and file the claim with the broker when the dock makes you wait. You send us the lumper receipt and we chase the reimbursement so it lands on your invoice.
Q08Do you book partials and multi-stop loads?
Yes, after you confirm each one. Partials and multi-stop freight can pay well when the trailer fills and the stops line up on the route. We price every extra stop, check the pallet count against your deck or trailer, and only bring you combinations that make sense for your truck and your floor rate.
