Partner and referral disclosure
LaneHarvest is a truck dispatch service. We earn our money from the dispatch fee carriers pay on the loads they haul. We also refer carriers to a few outside companies, and some of them may pay us when a carrier signs up. Here's exactly who they are and how it works.
Who we refer carriers to
RTS Financial · Freight factoring
When you ask for a factoring quote on our site, we pass your details to RTS Financial. If you become their customer, we may be paid a referral fee.
Vertical Identity · DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium
Links to Vertical Identity on our compliance pages are referral links. If you enroll through one, we may earn a referral fee. Their consortium is for CDL drivers only.
TruckClub · Truck warranty and breakdown protection
Links to TruckClub are referral links. If you buy a plan through one, we may earn a referral fee. TruckClub plans are not insurance.
What this means for you
- A referral fee never changes the price you pay. You get the same offer you'd get by going to the partner directly.
- You never have to use a partner to use our dispatch service. Factoring, testing and protection plans are all optional.
- We don't set any partner's prices, rates or terms, and we don't see your contract with them.
- We point to a partner only where it fits the reader, and we say who it's for and who it isn't for.
- Partner links on our site are marked, carry a short disclosure next to them and are tagged as sponsored links for search engines.
What we don't do
We don't run a refer-a-carrier program, and we don't pay anyone to send us carriers. We don't accept payment to place a company in our guides or comparisons; where we compare companies, we say which one we have a relationship with. Our tools and guides are written to be useful whether or not you ever use a partner. See our editorial policy.
